FLIGHT POLICY
Participants may use their full annual Unleash+ budget (U$D 2500) to issue the X-Summit flights and pay for any other transportation costs related to the event (bus, uber, gas...). 

All you have to do is issue the flights yourself (or pay for bus/uber/gas yourself) and submit the expense through the Invoice’s Unleash+ section, using the X-Team Events category (make sure to attach the receipt).

The X-Summit’s 5-star resort is secret. Closer to the event date, we’ll share a meeting point in São Paulo, where a transfer will pick you up on Nov/6 at 3pm

The X-Summit is an internal event highly focused on fostering connections between X-Teamers, which means external guests are not allowed. We do not recommend traveling to São Paulo with guests as the resort is located in another city.

Since the accommodation is booked from Nov/06 to Nov/09, we are initially prioritizing those who can stay for the full period.

ps: It's okay to book a return flight departing after 3am on Nov/09.

No, the secret 5-star Resort will be booked and paid for by X-Team. The roomlist will be shared on-site.

X-Team will provide a premium meal package during the event. You only pay for special orders such as room service.

Unfortunately not, the X-Summit hotel only allows guests to enter their facilities.

The event period won't count as working hours.

If you’re arriving before the event date or staying longer after the event, we recommend Ibis Styles SP Faria Lima - It offers a good balance of location, comfort, and price.

All active X-Teamers who submit their flights between Jun/18 - Jul/19 will secure a spot at the event, even if their contract is terminated after submission (unless the termination is due to behavioral issues).
